We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Recruitment Coordinator to join their London office.
This role will see you acting as a key member of the team, supporting the firm's graduate and business services recruitment operations and initiatives. This includes:
- Supporting the wider team with general recruitment activities
- Updating and maintaining the firm’s recruitment portal
- Creating job specs and liaising with agencies and hiring managers
- Gathering feedback following interviews
- Liaising with HR and onboarding new starters
- Assisting with the trainee recruitment processes, from application to training contract
