We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm to assist them in their search for a new Learning & Development Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, delivering, and administering both development and inclusion programmes.
- Organising, tracking attendance, and evaluating all London professional development (PD) programmes.
- Processing invoices to support financial tracking.
- Planning and delivering internal inclusion events.
- Collaborating with colleagues on external surveys.
- Administering trainee records and scheduling reviews.
- Coordinating seat rotations, qualification processes, and training programmes for trainees.
- Assisting with the enrolment of future trainees onto prep courses.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of SRA Development Plans.
- Supporting the coordination of training and mentoring programmes.
- Advising employees on PD requirements and learning opportunities.
