We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Learning & Development Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating, delivering, and administering both development and inclusion programmes.
  • Organising, tracking attendance, and evaluating all London professional development (PD) programmes.
  • Processing invoices to support financial tracking.
  • Planning and delivering internal inclusion events.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on external surveys.
  • Administering trainee records and scheduling reviews.
  • Coordinating seat rotations, qualification processes, and training programmes for trainees.
  • Assisting with the enrolment of future trainees onto prep courses.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of SRA Development Plans.
  • Supporting the coordination of training and mentoring programmes.
  • Advising employees on PD requirements and learning opportunities.
