Job Description
We are currently partnering with a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Legal Recruitment Advisor, to join their highly collaborative London team.
The role offers great exposure and the chance to own end-to-end recruitment processes for legal hires (2PQE up to Counsel), as well as legal support roles (paralegals, PSLs, knowledge positions).
Responsibilities will include:
- Closely collaborating with the Legal Recruitment Manager on London Associate and Counsel hiring, owning some end-to-end recruitment processes
- Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for all London Legal Support roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, supporting hiring managers in recruitment best practices
- Promoting diverse sourcing strategies
- Utilising global recruitment systems (Taleo/ServiceNow/Workday), ensuring best practice and effective use
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting high-quality candidates through a variety of direct sourcing activities
- Leading agency briefings for active recruitment roles
- Conducting screening interviews with potential candidates to assess candidate suitability
- Acting as a brand ambassador for the firm
- Producing recruitment reports and analytics on ongoing recruitment efforts and processes
- Managing all recruitment-related invoicing for London legal roles
- Working closely with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one at the firm
Suitable candidates for this role will have a strong recruiting background, having worked in house or in a legal recruiting agency previously, including highly developed organisation and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent communication skills. We are keen to speak to candidates with demonstrable knowledge of the international law firm market, experience of recruiting across practice areas and those with a creative approach to sourcing strategies.
A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer, and 3:2 hybrid working arrangements are in place.
