We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Learning and Development Advisor.
- Creating monthly PD communications.
- Processing invoices to support financial tracking.
- Making suggestions for programme improvements and assisting with the rollout of new PD initiatives.
- Planning and delivering internal inclusion events.
- Collaborating with colleagues on external surveys.
- Administering trainee records and scheduling reviews.
- Coordinating seat rotations, qualification processes, and training programmes for trainees.
- Assisting with the enrolment of future trainees onto prep courses.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance of SRA Development Plans.
- Supporting the coordination of training and mentoring programmes.
- Preparing PD materials, attending PD meetings, and delivering PD inductions.
- Advising employees on PD requirements and learning opportunities.
