We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Learning and Development Advisor.

  • Creating monthly PD communications.
  • Processing invoices to support financial tracking.
  • Making suggestions for programme improvements and assisting with the rollout of new PD initiatives.
  • Planning and delivering internal inclusion events.
  • Collaborating with colleagues on external surveys.
  • Administering trainee records and scheduling reviews.
  • Coordinating seat rotations, qualification processes, and training programmes for trainees.
  • Assisting with the enrolment of future trainees onto prep courses.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance of SRA Development Plans.
  • Supporting the coordination of training and mentoring programmes.
  • Preparing PD materials, attending PD meetings, and delivering PD inductions.
  • Advising employees on PD requirements and learning opportunities.
