We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for a new HR Manager in their London office.
This role will be part of a highly collaborative team, overseeing the employee lifecycle and delivering initiatives that align with the firm’s values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Manage the London HR and Secretarial teams to ensure motivation and a client‑centric approach.
- Handle employee relation matters.
- Oversee right‑to‑work checks and visa processes.
- Advise Partners and Managers and coach HR support.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle.
- Support organisational change.
- Drive opportunity initiatives.
- Manage compensation and benefits reviews.
- Improve and maintain HR policies and systems.
- Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Suitable candidates will have proven experience as an HR Manager or HRBP, ideally within a law firm (professional services environments also considered). Must have knowledge of employment law, be CIPD qualified, and possess strong management and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience with Workday is highly desired.
