We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Human Resources Coordinator to join their London team on an initial six-month contract. This is a varied and exciting position where you will be providing support to the firm's Director of Human Resources to ensure a smooth running of the firm's HR function.

Duties include:

  • Assisting in the firm’s recruitment process, liaising with recruitment agencies and booking interviews
  • Assisting with the firm's graduate recruitment strategy
  • Prepare offers of employment for business support staff and fee earners
  • Benchmarking salaries and recommending salary reviews for London employees
  • Maintaining and updating the firm's HRIS systems
  • Preparing monthly payroll

The perfect candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of current employment law legislation. You will ideally have around two years of experience in a legal or professional services environment.

This role is being offered on an initial six-month contract with a salary up to c£40,000, hybrid working and benefits.
