We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new HR Operations Coordinator. This is an exciting permanent opportunity in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative and process support to the HR Operations team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the HR Operations inbox, allocating and answering queries, and reviewing draft team emails.
- Updating data within PeopleSoft for the London and global offices.
- Maintaining and auditing the PeopleSoft database and performing weekly audits of joiner information.
- Providing support and training new joiners on PeopleSoft.
- Ensuring technical issues are raised and tested to ensure smooth processes.
- Coordinating transfers and secondment processes for international offices.
- Updating payroll data changes and preparing monthly payroll information.
- Running monthly timesheet reconciliations and investigating any queries.
- Providing the HR Operations team with administrative support.
- Assisting with the preparation and review of process documentation.
- Screening calls and recording messages.
- Scheduling meetings and taking accurate notes.
