We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Graduate Recruitment Manager. The successful candidate will be joining the London office on a 12-month fixed term contract and be responsible for managing the administration of the International Graduate Recruitment programme.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the graduate recruitment processes through applicant tracking, application screening, and handling queries.
- Preparing attorney and candidate materials, leading vacation scheme logistics, and planning social events.
- Developing relationships with university career professionals and coordinating on-campus events.
- Annually reviewing competitors for graduate recruitment activities and making recommendations for improvements and trainee attraction.
- Facilitating working relationships with Talent teams.
