Front of House Manager
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm for a new Permanent Front of House Manager role within their London office.
As senior representative of the Front of House function, you will deliver an outstanding client and visitor experience, leading and directing reception, hospitality, events, and customer service across both offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct tasks across events, customer service, reception, and hospitality in both offices.
- Liaise with the Hospitality, Cleaning, and Facilities teams.
- Set bi-annual FOH objectives.
- Maintain communication to coordinate service improvements.
- Implement opportunities to add value to FOH offerings.
- Oversee catering and hospitality orders and coordinate internal events.
- Ensure SOPs are reviewed and improved as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Lead and coach the FOH team to be skilled, warm, and provide excellent service.
- Oversee rota management, resource planning, and holiday and sickness cover.
- Manage FOH recruitment for new team members.
- Contribute to setting FOH budgets, ensuring financial targets are adhered to, and establish internal processes for accurate invoicing.
- Minimise overtime and absence costs.
Qualifications
β’ Prior FOH management experience, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
β’ Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
