We are recruiting for a Float Secretary to join a leading US law firm in their London office. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 and requires 5 days in the office, working from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
The role involves:
- Full diary and email management, including delegation of incoming messages
- Extensive travel arrangements (flights, hotels, trains, etc.) and itinerary preparation
- Legal secretarial and admin support for London Attorneys, as directed by Partners/Director
- Opening/closing files and new matters
- Drafting agreements, engagement letters, and amending lengthy documents
- Preparing visual diagrams and PowerPoint presentations
- Producing expense reports and handling billing
- Managing KYC documentation
Experience in Real Estate is preferred, as the role will involve supporting a fee-earner in that area.
