We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Corporate Paralegal. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting lawyers with preparing documents and all stages of corporate transactions.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing paralegal support across the corporate department.
  • Performing factual research, analysing documents, and preparing corporate profiles.
  • Advising corporate entities on Companies House information and assisting with their formulation and dissolution.
  • Preparing and proofreading documents to ensure there are no formatting errors.
  • Supporting and supervising virtual data rooms.
  • Assisting with due diligence.
  • Providing secretarial support such as Companies House searches and drafting minutes.
  • Assisting with DocuSign and completion meetings.
  • Preparing conditions precedents and updating bibles.
  • Liaising with external agencies as necessary.

The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained prior Corporate Paralegal experience and have strong academic qualifications. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, research, communication, and organisation skills. Demonstrated experience with legal billing is highly desired.
