We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Financial Terms Senior Analyst.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring financial terms agreed with clients are accurately implemented and managed throughout the lifecycle of a client matter.
Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, analysing, and validating financial terms for clients and matters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Partnering with other internal teams to support client intake activities.
- Configuring and updating financial terms including billing arrangements, rate structures, and provisions.
- Reviewing financial provisions within guidelines, terms, and agreements to ensure proper interpretation and implementation.
- Collaborating with business teams to ensure financial terms are consistently applied.
- Ensuring that financial terms are reviewed and maintained in the European offices to support onboarding and operational needs.
- Covering and monitoring the mailbox, triaging urgent requests, coordinating resolution, and ensuring support.

Suitable candidates will have gained 2+ years’ experience within a similar analytical role, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and organisation skills.
Demonstrated experience with 3E and Intapp is highly desired.
