We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Payroll Coordinator. This is a new role in their London office whereby the successful applicant will assist with the end-to-end payroll process and support internal and external queries.
- Inputting UK and international monthly payroll data.
- Updating new starter, processing leavers, and inputting payroll data.
- Collecting data, preparing outputs, and distributing reports.
- Communicating payroll deadlines.
- Preparing and uploading pension data.
- Working with the US office to process shadow payrolls.
- Monitoring HMRC RTI submissions.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
The firm is offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained 2+ years of payroll experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered.
