My client is a highly regarded US boutique investment bank and they are expanding their EMEA Energy Group and keen to recruit someone at Analyst 2 to Associate 1. Prior/current Oil & Gas M&A experience is preferred.
You will be seeking an active and ambitious platform with a strong track record of success in EMEA and the Americas. You will either be an Oil & Gas specialist already, or looking to deepen your specialisation having gained M&A and sector expertise as part of a credible Industrials or broader Natural Resources Group.
- Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation.
- Previous Energy / Oil & Gas Investment Banking experience is preferred, or a desire to specialise in this field.
- Detailed financial valuation modelling experience (DCF, Merger and LBO).
