The U.S. Embassy London is looking for a Chauffeur to join our Policy Review Staff (PRS) office and play a vital role in supporting high-level U.S. Government officials across the United Kingdom.

What You'll Do
- Drive with Purpose – Provide safe, reliable chauffeur services for USG personnel and high-level VIPs
- Expedite with Precision – Meet principals at UK airports, coordinate with UK Immigration for expedited entry, and arrange special accommodations as needed
- Protect What Matters – Use counter-surveillance and anti-terrorism driving techniques to safeguard principals and vehicles, and coordinate with Special Branch officers during motorcade movements
- Keep Vehicles Mission-Ready – Conduct daily safety inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure vehicles are always fueled and in top condition
- Stay Organized – Maintain accurate vehicle logs in FMIS, manage safety inspection records, and handle dispatch correspondence for VIP visits
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of professional driving experience
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong familiarity with Greater London's streets, UK government buildings, and military installations
- Skilled in operating armored vehicles (Level C or D) using defensive driving techniques
- 22 days annual leave + 16 paid U.S./UK holidays
