The Role
We’re looking for a talented Middleweight/Senior Designer to join our team.
We want someone who is a true graphic designer, with a love of typography, layout and creating great design that really delivers on a brief. You’ll have a strong eye for detail, be confident working within brand guidelines and know how to push the creative boundaries to get the best possible result.
You’ll be working closely with our Creative Director and account management team across a wide range of clients and projects, so good communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple briefs are essential.
We’re a small, busy agency, so you’ll need to be flexible, hands-on and happy to turn your hand to whatever comes into the studio. Someone who enjoys being part of a team and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
What we're looking for:
- Strong graphic design skills, particularly in typography, layout and composition.
- A good creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with established brand guidelines, whilst knowing when and how to push them creatively.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Motion design experience would be a big plus.
Location
The role is predominantly office-based at our studio in Southampton, so you'll need to be happy working in the studio most of the week.
The Salary
£30,000 - £45,000
