b Overview /b p In this role you will support loan transfer workflows for a broad portfolio within Global Corporate Trust Services. You’ll act as a liaison between lenders and borrowers, handling transfer processing, documentation, and fee administration to ensure accurate, timely updates in systems. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to complex financing facilities in a high-volume environment, with a focus on service quality and regulatory compliance. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li market-competitive compensation /li li performance-based incentives /li li inclusive equitable benefits /li li training and education support /li li career progression pathways /li li employee recognition programs /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Act as point of contact for lenders and borrowers during transfers /li li Process transfers across diverse deal types (leverage finance, real estate, club deals) /li li Manage primary and secondary market transfer workflows, sign transfer certificates, collect fees, update loan systems /li li Update KYC system to add incoming lenders before sign-off /li li Reconcile transfer fees weekly and follow up on overdue payments /li li Maintain lender contacts in Debtdomain and central address book for financials and amendments /li li Ensure accurate transaction records in the system database /li li Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and other parties on day-to-day issues /li li Liaise with systems vendors to resolve issues /li li Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and implement improvements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 1-2 years experience in a Loan Agency, 3rd Party Agent, or loan administration /li li Preferably knowledge of Facility Agent / Security Agent function in LA /li li Documentation review for transfer cert templates, assignment agreements, accession deeds /li li Ability to manage own workflow in high-volume transfers /li li Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills /li li Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail /li li Knowledge of transfer process using Clearpar /li li Working knowledge of Debtdomain /li li Good Excel skills /li /ul ul li communication /li li time management /li li customer service /li li Clearpar /li li Debtdomain /li li Excel /li /ul
