Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Urus Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Letchworth. Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join their production team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, supporting production activities, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure orders are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain machinery to support production requirements
  • Load and unload materials onto machinery
  • Handle heavy materials safely and efficiently
  • Store and organise materials within designated warehouse areas
  • Assist with picking and packing customer orders
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Support the wider warehouse and production team as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating machinery is preferred
  • Warehouse experience is advantageous
