Urus Recruitment are currently recruiting for a permanent Fitter Assembler based in Barton-Le-Clay. Due to a good standing in the sector and continued expansion, they are currently looking for fitters. Day to day you will fit enhanced electrical systems, along with fitting out vehicles for operational use. A basic tool set would be required for the role. Training will be provided with the scope to progress in the business.

Required skills & Experience:

  • Auto-electrical experience an advantage
  • NVQ level 2/3 in a relevant qualification (or proven automotive electrical experience)
  • Be able to follow build instructions and take notes for installations carried out
  • Be able to crimp automotive connections
  • Interest in vehicles
  • Good practical skills an advantage
  • Full training for processes used during the conversion
  • Clean Full Driving License
