Upholsterer

Location: Northampton

Working Hours: Monday – Friday – 06.30am – 15.00pm or 07.30am – 16.00pm

Salary: Starting at £12/hr

We at Urus Recruitment are seeking a Furniture Upholsterer to work with one of our clients based in Northampton.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. To produce upholstered products to the required standard and within the time frame required.
2. To ensure that all furniture produced within the department meets the required quality standards.
3. To produce patterns and templates allowing for the varying characteristics of different fabrics and materials used.

Experience Required:

• Use of compressed air staple guns.
• Background in furniture would be an advantage.
• Working and co-operating with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the upholstery department and customer commitments are achieved.
• Working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Training on all products will be given.

Additional Pay:

• Quarterly bonus
