We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Sliding Head Setter / Programmer to join our clients team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong experience on Citizen or Star machines.
Key Responsibilities:- Program, set, and operate sliding head CNC lathes (Citizen or Star)
- Manufacture precision components to tight aerospace tolerances
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings
- Perform first-off inspections and in-process quality checks
- Work with a range of materials including stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and brass
- Collaborate with production team to optimise machining processes
- Ensure safe and clean working practices are maintained
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Annual performance-based bonus
