Job Summary

As Senior Territory Manager, you will collaborate with marketing and field sales to promote, sell, and grow On Formulary brands across Advanced Wound Care (AWC) within a designated territory. The role is primarily field‐based with significant travel throughout Birmingham, Black Country, Staffordshire, Telford & Wrekin.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to optimise account growth.
  • Build best‐in‐class implementation plans with regular execution reviews.
  • Collaborate with the local matrix team to support account wins and formulary pull‐through.
  • Achieve annual sales and market‐share targets for the Urgo focus brand portfolio.
  • Meet agreed KPIs and objectives, using the Urgo CRM system effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, policies, and objectives.
  • Provide customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through exceptional presentations.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer relationships to establish Urgo as the partner of choice.
  • Apply challenger‐selling skills and deliver current marketing messages promoting On Formulary products.
  • Utilise all available data sources for effective planning and territory management.
  • Organise and manage customer meetings, study days, and exhibitions.
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings to share best practice.
  • Own self‐development to keep product, clinical, and therapeutic knowledge up to date.
  • Serve as mentor or buddy to other sales team members.
  • Deliver best‐in‐class digital and face‐to‐face presentations to customers.
  • Support the organization at external national and international conferences.
  • Act as an ambassador, embodying Urgo DNA and values.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of people with wounds.
  • Customer‐focused, confident, driven, and self‐motivated.
  • Strong relationship‐building skills.
  • Analytical ability to interpret sales data into strategic plans.
  • Demonstrable sales experience or industry knowledge in healthcare.
  • Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • IT literate.
  • Knowledge of the wound care market (essential).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and engaging presentation skills.
