Job summary
Working as an integral part of matrix team, the Territory Manager will be working collaboratively with marketing and the field sales teams to promote, sell and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) areas within a designed territory.
This role will be primarily field based and required a lot of travel as per customer and/ or business needs across the Cornwall area.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of Business Plans in order to optimise Account growth.
- Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
- Providing customers with relevant clinical and product knowledge through effective presentation and listening skills.
- Utilise all available data to enable highly effective planning and territory management.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing a strong knowledge of the market, products, competitors, pricing as well as policies and objectives.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Passion to “make a difference” to the lives of people with wounds.
- Ability to forge strong relationships.
- Being customer focused, confident, driven, and self-motivated.
- Ability to analyse sales data and interpret into strategic sales plans.
- Demonstrable sales experience or working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- IT literate
- Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable though not essential.
