Working as an integral part of a matrix team, the Territory Manager will collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to promote, sell, and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) areas within a designated territory. This role will be primarily field-based and requires travel as per customer and/or business needs across the Peterborough, Norwich & Cambridgeshire areas.
- Development of Business Plans to optimise Account growth.
- Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
- Utilise all available data to enable highly effective planning and territory management.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing a strong knowledge of the market, products, competitors, pricing, as well as policies and objectives.
- Ability to analyse sales data and interpret it into strategic sales plans.
- Demonstrable sales experience or working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the wound care market is desirable though not essential.
