Working as an integral part of a matrix team, the Territory Manager will work collaboratively with marketing and field sales teams to promote, sell, and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Compression areas within a designated territory. This is a field-based role which requires significant travel across your designated territory of Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and South Cumbria, in line with customer and business needs.
- Development of Business Plans to optimise Account growth.
- Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
- Utilise all available data to enable highly effective planning and territory management.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing a strong knowledge of the market, products, competitors, pricing, as well as policies and objectives.
- Ability to analyse sales data and interpret it into strategic sales plans.
- Demonstrable sales experience or working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- This role would also be well suited to a clinician seeking to transition into a more commercial role.
