Working as an integral part of a matrix team, the Territory Manager will collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to promote, sell, and ensure the growth of On Formulary target brands across the Compression areas within a designated territory. This is a field-based role requiring significant travel across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and South Cumbria, in line with customer and business needs.

  • Development of Business Plans to optimise Account growth.
  • Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the Urgo Focus Brand Portfolio.
  • Utilise all available data for effective planning and territory management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the market, products, competitors, pricing, policies, and objectives.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and interpret it into strategic sales plans.
  • Demonstrable sales experience or working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
  • This role would also be well suited to a clinician seeking to transition into a more commercial role.
