Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for developing high‑performing teams and delivering commercial success? We’re looking for a Regional Business Manager to lead, inspire and drive results across our dynamic Ireland sales team. You will take ownership of regional performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and create a culture that consistently delivers against ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities/accountabilities:
  • Leading and developing a regional sales team to deliver and exceed sales and market access targets
  • Creating and executing strategic commercial and territory plans
  • Building a high‑performance culture through coaching, feedback and development
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to identify and unlock new business opportunities
  • Managing regional budgets and resources to maximise impact
  • Developing strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare stakeholders
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and driving continuous improvement
  • Ensuring alignment with company values, ethical standards and industry compliance
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
  • Proven experience leading and managing a regional sales or market access team
  • Strong background in sales performance delivery, ideally within healthcare (wound care experience advantageous)
  • Ability to translate data into clear, strategic sales plans
  • Excellent coaching, leadership and performance management skills
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • A track record of developing high‑performing teams and exceeding targets
