Job Overview Urgent Staffing is a healthcare recruitment agency based in Loughton, Essex. We bring first class staff to both the NHS and private care organisations at extremely short notice for time critical situations. As we find ourselves in a highly competitive industry, we put a huge emphasis on the level of service we provide for both our clients and our candidates. We are now looking to expand our team and are looking for a hungry for commission recruitment consultant to join us, working on the Nursing desk getting the right people into the right roles and building long term candidate relationships. Duties and Responsibilities * Provide support, guidance and expertise to all candidates to ensure a seamless registration process. * Organising and booking shifts for candidates. * Liaising with clients on a regular basis * Take individual responsibility for meeting agreed objectives, targets and KPI’s. * Organise own time and resources effectively using initiative to meet role expectations. * Provide excellent customer service to all candidates and clients. * Remain in contact with each candidate through their registration. * To keep accurate, up to date candidate records, recording all communications on relevant databases. * Complete regular data cleaning exercises and manage candidate pipelines. * Proactively participate in team meetings. * Contribute to team building initiatives and activities. * Teamwork required to cover absent staff and additional workloads.
