Job Title: Administrator Location: On-site Hours: 27.5 hours per week (considering 20 to 28 hours per week) Working Pattern: Must include Mondays; other days flexible based on service needs We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping. * Maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. * Assist in patient care processes by coordinating documentation, appointment scheduling, and communication. * Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner. * Adapt to new systems and processes as part of a dynamic and evolving work environment. Essential Criteria: * Proficient computer literacy, including the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software. * An understanding of patient care and the importance of confidentiality in a healthcare setting. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * A high standard of literacy skills with attention to detail. * A willingness to learn and embrace new ways of working.
