This role is essential in supporting our service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping. * Maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. * Assist in patient care processes by coordinating documentation, appointment scheduling, and communication. * Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner. * Adapt to new systems and processes as part of a dynamic and evolving work environment.
