Location: NHS Trust – Cheshire Contract Type: Agency, Block Booking Shift Pattern: Days and night shifts available, including weekdays and weekends, as part of a flexible rota. Responsibilities We are seeking enthusiastic and committed locum doctors at the ST3 level to join our Paediatrics and Neonates team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in managing a wide range of paediatric and neonatal conditions in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality care to paediatric and neonatal patients, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. * Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and the acute management of unwell children and neonates. * Assist in stabilisation and transfer of critically ill neonates or paediatric patients as required. * Communicate effectively with families and caregivers, providing clear explanations and updates on patient care. * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Participate in teaching, audits, and quality improvement initiatives within the department.
