A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Norwich for maternity cover. This is an ongoing position where you will be providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role is flexible (excluding Wednesdays), offering the chance to work alongside a dedicated healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General treatment room duties, including:
- Asthma management (Qualification required)
- Chronic condition management (Diabetes, COPD, etc.)
- Cervical smears, vaccinations, immunisations, and other routine nursing tasks
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months' GP surgery experience as a Practice Nurse in the UK
- Qualification in Asthma Management
- Competence in System One
- Flexible with hours (Wednesdays are non-negotiable)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a busy practice setting
- Availability to start ASAP
