We are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Halifax on an ongoing basis. The role offers flexible working hours with at least two days per week, and competitive pay based on your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- General treatment room duties, including:
- Chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, COPD)
- Cervical smears, vaccinations, and immunisations
- Wound care, minor treatments, and health checks
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months' GP surgery experience as a Practice Nurse in the UK
- Proficient in general treatment room duties (including asthma, diabetes management, and smears)
- System One trained and competent
- Available for at least two days a week (flexible working days and times)
- Available to start ASAP
