We are currently recruiting for a Locum Practice Nurse to join a well-established GP surgery in Doncaster on an ongoing basis. The role requires availability on either Mondays & Thursdays or Mondays & Fridays, with flexible working hours. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse looking for regular locum work with competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- General treatment room duties, including:
- Chronic disease management (asthma, diabetes, COPD)
- Cervical smears, vaccinations, and immunisations
- Minor treatments, health checks, and wound care
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of GP surgery experience as a Practice Nurse within the UK
- Competence in general treatment room duties (asthma, diabetes, smears, vaccinations, etc.)
- Experience using System One
- Available to work Mondays & Thursdays or Mondays & Fridays
- Flexible with working hours
- Available to start ASAP
