Role Description:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our field sales team in Dudley. This is a performance-led, target-driven role with strong earning potential, ideal for individuals who already understand sales, customer engagement, and closing deals.
You will promote and sell UrFibre’s fibre broadband services directly to residential and business customers, building rapport, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into sales.

Earnings & Commission Structure:
- £500 guaranteed weekly basic (£26,000 annually)
- Average earnings: £4,000 per month
- Top performers: Up to £8,000 per month
