Based at our Capenhurst site to work on Government Projects, you’ll be responsible for the management and execution of the UTD Business Development strategy with primary focus on existing customers, supporting the coordination, alignment and planning of key internal and external governance meetings and maintaining client‑customer relationships in support of existing contracts and/or potential new customers and partners.

What You’ll Do
- Management of principle customer contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations (to limit any financial, reputational, legal liabilities).
- Ensure effective management of contractual financial arrangements through robust processes collaborating with the finance teams.
- Support the implementation and improvement of the governance processes to ensure that BD remains compliant with legal and Group obligations.
- Support the implementation of BD strategic projects as required, ensuring effective project management is in place to progress to required timescales.
- Internal and external stakeholder management is effectively managed.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Degree or equivalent level qualification.
- Development and management of business to business contracts.
- Prior experience of dealing with Government organisations and Government contracts.
- Knowledge of different contracting models and forms of contract, including NEC.
- Knowledge of project management processes.
