Lead the management system governance workflow, ensuring site arrangements remain current, effective and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

- Quality Assurance & Document Control: Perform quality reviews of all arrangements as part of the approval and publication process, ensuring compliance with management system standards. Provide clear, consistent and actionable feedback to enable timely progression of documents through review to publication.
- Performance Reporting & Compliance Oversight: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that feed into site-wide KPIs and support continuous improvement. Promote site-wide awareness of BMS usage, document currency and potential compliance risks. Engage with stakeholders at all levels and play an active role in surveillance and recertification audits.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Site Integration: Work closely with stakeholders across Capenhurst to ensure the BMS reflects the full scope of site operations. Drive a “One Capenhurst” approach, enabling a single ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification for the site.
