This role serves as Urenco’s specialist on our core commercial position, providing a deep understanding of sales, stock, revenue, and cash outlooks. It delivers objective, detailed insights that support strategic direction and decision‑making across the Group. You will be responsible for maintaining and stress‑testing these commercial positions, as well as supporting cross‑functional assimilation and understanding of the data. The role is regarded as a key point of expertise on both micro‑ and macro‑level commercial transactions and positions, and oversees the development of the commercial budget and business plan.

What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business economics, strategy or marketing
- Post qualification experience in an analytical role required
- Fluent in English (one additional language a plus)
- Experienced in research techniques and database management
- Experience in the Nuclear Fuel Cycle desired
- Previous experience in research, modelling and analysis of complex data sets
- Experience in optionality modelling and valuation
- Experience in applying Economic theory and understanding markets

Due to the nature of the industry that Urenco operates in, all personnel regardless of employment status working for Urenco are required to obtain security clearance at the level required for their role. Security clearances are assessed in accordance with regulations and official guidance issued by the relevant competent authorities for national security vetting. In certain circumstances, additional enhanced security clearance considerations apply to roles within Urenco owing to the particular activities that the Urenco Group undertakes in relation to uranium enrichment. Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and all offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
