We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager based at our Paddington site to work on Government Projects. You will be responsible for the management and execution of the UTD Business Development strategy with a primary focus on existing customers, supporting the coordination, alignment and planning of key internal and external governance meetings and maintaining client-customer relationships in support of existing contracts and/or potential new customers and partners.

What you will do:

  • Management of principal customer contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations (to limit any financial, reputational, legal liabilities).
  • Ensure effective management of contractual financial arrangements through robust processes collaborating with the finance teams.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of the governance processes to ensure that BD remains compliant with legal and Group obligations.
  • Support the implementation of BD strategic projects as required, ensuring effective project management is in place to progress to required timescales.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management is effectively managed.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent level qualification.
  • Development and management of business to business contracts.
  • Prior experience of dealing with Government organisations and Government contracts.
  • Knowledge of different contracting models and forms of contract, including NEC.
  • Knowledge of project management processes.

Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and all offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
