Compliance Analyst in City of Westminster

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst based at our Paddington site to work on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for managing the compliance risks posed within the Group. You will ensure that counterparty due diligence and periodic reviews are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with various regulations.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct due diligence using various third party and internal databases, including ascertaining the nature of an entity's role in a transaction and producing corporate trees to ascertain beneficial ownership and subsidiary holdings.
• Review and adhere to internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist in drafting and documenting due diligence processes.
• Assist with compliance matters and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Clear due diligence monitoring alerts on a daily basis.
• Review regulatory and commercial developments and provide updates to the Corporate Compliance Manager and wider team.
• Effectively utilise research applications such as Lexis Diligence, Orbis, World Check and Dun & Bradstreet.

Experience:

• Experience of SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
