We are looking for a Compliance Analyst based at our Paddington site to work on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for managing the compliance risks posed within the Group. You will ensure that counterparty due diligence and periodic reviews are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with various regulations.
What you’ll do:
- Conduct due diligence using various third party and internal databases, including ascertaining the nature of an entity's role in a transaction and producing corporate trees to ascertain beneficial ownership and subsidiary holdings.
- Review and adhere to internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting and documenting due diligence processes.
- Assist with compliance matters and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Clear due diligence monitoring alerts on a daily basis.
- Review regulatory and commercial developments and provide updates to the Corporate Compliance Manager and wider team.
- Effectively utilise research applications such as Lexis Diligence, Orbis, World Check and Dun & Bradstreet.
Experience:
- Experience of SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Security clearances are assessed according to regulations and official guidance. Successful candidates will need to satisfy security requirements, and offers of appointment are made subject to the successful approval of all checks initiated.
