Urenco is a global leader in the production of low carbon energy. We work at the cutting edge of the transition to a sustainable, net zero world. We’re looking for a Compliance Analyst based at our Paddington site to work on a 12-month FTC. You’ll be responsible for managing the compliance risks posed within the Group, ensuring that counterparty due diligence and periodic reviews are completed in a timely manner and compliance with various regulations.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct due diligence using various third party and internal databases, including ascertaining the nature of an entity's role in a transaction and producing corporate trees to ascertain beneficial ownership and subsidiary holdings.
- Review and adhere to internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist in drafting and documenting due diligence processes.
- Assist with compliance matters and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Clear due diligence monitoring alerts on a daily basis.
- Review regulatory and commercial developments and provide updates to the Corporate Compliance Manager and wider team.
What do you need to thrive in this role?
- Compliance/regulatory experience within the financial, energy or insurance sector.
- Effectively utilise research applications such as Lexis Diligence, Orbis, World Check and Dun & Bradstreet.
- Experience of SAP or other ERP systems desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
