URL are working closely with an award winning civil engineering contractor to find them a Site Agent for multi million pound project circa £400m. Applicants from a civil engineering contracting background coupled with a HNC/HND/Degree. Your Responsibilities • Oversee direct labour and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets time, quality, and budget targets. • Provide technical support to overcome challenges and resolve queries. • Manage setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction. • Drive a proactive approach to health and safety on-site. • Coordinate temporary works, inspections, and testing regimes. • Engage with stakeholders and attend key meetings to represent the client. • Monitor commercial performance and ensure accurate submission of records for payments.
