My client, a leading UK main contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a prestigious mixed-use residential development. The Role:

  • As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of an experienced team responsible for the commercial management of the project, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and contractual compliance throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control the commercial management of the site, implementing client changes, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
  • Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
