Job Details

  • Β£12.63 – 13.73/hour – (23K – 25K).
  • Full time – 35-hour week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch.
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays AND office closed between Christmas and New Year AND Birthday Day Off.

Job Description

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to their team. Full training and handover will be given.

Duties

  • Main point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors into the business, taking messages, transferring calls, dealing with enquiries, meeting and greeting, providing refreshment.
  • Incoming and outgoing post.
  • Diary management.
  • Setting up meeting rooms.
  • Stationery ordering.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy.
  • General administrative duties.

The ideal Receptionist

  • Have at least one year\\\’s recent and relevant reception experience.
  • Have excellent communication, (written and verbal) and client care skills.
  • Be IT proficient – Word, Outlook, Excel and able to pick up in-house systems.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
