Job Description
My client is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to their team. Full training and handover will be given.
Duties
- Main point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors into the business, taking messages, transferring calls, dealing with enquiries, meeting and greeting, providing refreshment.
- Incoming and outgoing post.
- Diary management.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Stationery ordering.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- General administrative duties.
The ideal Receptionist
- Have at least one year\\\βs recent and relevant reception experience.
- Have excellent communication, (written and verbal) and client care skills.
- Be IT proficient β Word, Outlook, Excel and able to pick up in-house systems.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
