Construction Manager (Fit out Sub-contractor)

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants. Identify critical path activities and mitigate delays. Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities. Ensure compliance with design and manufactures specifications and installation details. Ensure compliance the company and client safety standards. Manage site logistics, access, and storage. Enforce site safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE regulations and permits. Supervise subcontractors, labourers, and site staff. Coordinate between various trades and disciplines. Ensure correct labour levels to satisfy the construction programme and monitor workforce productivity. Monitor workmanship and materials for compliance with quality standards. Review and approve inspection and testing procedures. Maintain quality assurance documentation. Work with the commercial team to manage budgets. Approve on-site variations and manage change control. Coordinate delivery and storage of materials and equipment. Verify material specifications and quality on-site. Monitor stock levels and minimise waste. Maintain accurate site records (e.g. daily dairies, permits, RFIs, change orders). Ensure proper documentation of incidents, delays, and variations. Assist in project handover and closeout documentation. Identify and resolve construction-related issues in real-time. Coordinate solutions with the project and design team. Manage disputes or conflicts on site effectively
