URBOND is seeking a Community Integration Coordinator to identify and connect community groups, build partnerships, and design, deliver, and attend workshops across Portsmouth. The role requires evening and weekend work and regular visits to partners, with DBS checks.
You will support individuals to overcome barriers to integration across health, education, housing and social engagement, evaluate programmes, and contribute to a growing, inclusive community agenda with a supportive team.
