URBN UK Limited is seeking a Tech Support Analyst to deliver high-quality first and second-line IT support at the Peterborough Fulfilment Centre, supporting warehouse operations, corporate users and remote sites across the Netherlands and offices in Brick Lane, India, Turkey and Vietnam.
You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, hardware and cloud platforms, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely resolutions and continuous service improvements.
