What’s the job?

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, closely collaborating with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.

From your very first day, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, where you will contribute to delivering exceptional design solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.

Who you are?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Architectural Assistant with strong technical design abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.

Advanced ArchiCAD proficiency is essential, alongside a good understanding of town planning procedures, building regulations, and construction detailing. Experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings, as well as coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5, is also crucial.
