As an ARB-registered Architect, you will work closely with our Creative Director and multidisciplinary team, with the autonomy to develop ideas and make decisions throughout the design and delivery process.
You will join our small and friendly Greenwich-based practice, working on diverse and ambitious projects ranging from high-end refurbishments to new-build housing schemes in London and across the UK.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and detail-oriented Architect with a strong technical design background, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in residential architecture.
You should be an advanced Archi CAD user with at least four years’ UK experience across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, with the confidence to take ownership of technical design development, prepare coordinated tender and construction packages, and work closely with consultants and contractors to resolve project information through delivery.
