Property Maintenance Operative Apprentice
Location: London. Training Provider: New City College. Salary starting: Β£25,000 per annum.
Entry Requirements: Functional Skills level 1 or GCSE Maths and English Level 3.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Maintenance Operative work 37.5 hours per week Monday β Friday.

Responsibilities
- Day to day management of reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Carrying out basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking sinks, changing shower heads).
- Checking water pressure and temperatures in the plant room.
- Assisting with carpentry & basic general maintenance tasks (e.g. repairing doors, handles and carpet tiles).
- Painting and decorating of communal spaces and resident rooms.
- Following health and Safety procedures on-site.
